Washington City Paper. My favorite boutique

Le Bustiere, the Sophisticate,
Twisted Aristocrat,
Carnliean Boutique, and
Andrea D'Ambrosia. A couple hours of shopping, I found some plenty of discounts on clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories.
